By accessing or using Tabled (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tabled is a social platform for tracking board game sessions, scores, and play history. The Service allows users to host game sessions, invite other players, record scores, earn trophies, and share results with friends.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including display names, photos, and comments. By submitting content, you grant Tabled a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Subscription and Billing

Tabled Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabled shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
